Five days a week you work on real assignments instead of solving exercises at a school desk. You take on responsibility early and build a portfolio that shows what you can actually do.
After three years of apprenticeship and demonstrated competence we award the ICP qualification (Intrinsic Certified Professional). To back it, we are building a growing network of companies that already recognise it.

Frequently asked questions for learners
Do I need experience already?
No. Motivation, reliability and a willingness to take responsibility matter more.
What does a typical week look like?
Five days a week you work on real assignments in the training company — supported, documented, and with room for your own topics.
Will I get an EFZ?
That depends on the occupation. For Mediamatiker:in ICP, validation towards an EFZ is possible after five years of professional experience. For new occupations such as Lernbegleiter:in ICP, not yet.
How do I apply?
